Questions about custom lists

How is a custom list priced?

Like every list, by its number of rows: up to 50 rows $49, 51–500 rows $99, 501–5,000 rows $199, 5,001–20,000 rows $399, over 20,000 rows $799. The count and price update as you change the filters, and checkout re-counts on the server.

What's in the file?

The same columns as every list: property, address, size and year built, building size, land and stories, management company and its office, owner and ownership group, manager-since and change history, office phone and email, and vendor requirements where verified. CSV and Excel, emailed within minutes.

Is it included in a plan?

Yes, with the Texas plan: build and download as many lists as you need from your My files link. The Local plan covers weekly changes for one metro and keeps lists you've bought up to date.
