1. Who we are

2. What the Site is
The Site publishes business information about Texas apartment communities, homeowners' associations, hotels and multi-location businesses, and the companies that own and manage them. It is compiled from public records and publicly available websites. It is a business directory for business-to-business use. It is not a consumer reporting agency, and nothing on the Site may be used as a consumer report.
3. Accuracy
We work to keep the information accurate and show when each record was last checked, but public records and websites change and can contain errors. The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Do not rely on the Site as your only source for decisions that matter.
4. Acceptable use
You may browse the Site and use what you read for your own business purposes. You may not:
- copy, scrape, crawl or download the Site's content in bulk by automated means, or rebuild our database from it, except that public search engines and AI assistants may index and cite pages as permitted by our robots.txt;
- resell, republish or redistribute the Site's content or compilations of it;
- attempt to defeat masking of contact details, access controls or rate limits, or access accounts, files or areas not intended for you;
- use the Site to harass, stalk or harm anyone, to send unlawful communications, or to discriminate unlawfully;
- use information from the Site to decide anyone's eligibility for credit, insurance, employment, housing or any other purpose covered by the Fair Credit Reporting Act; or
- interfere with the Site's operation or security.
5. Intellectual property
The Site's design, text, rankings, compilations, selection and arrangement of data, and software belong to YSK Technologies LLC or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. Facts drawn from public records remain public; our compilation and presentation of them is ours. "WhoRunsWhat" is our trade name.
6. Third-party names and links
Company, brand, property and association names are used only to identify the businesses listed. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any company, brand, association or property listed. Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience, and we are not responsible for their content.
7. Corrections and removal
Listed companies can send corrections to info@kokoquest.com. Anyone can ask us to remove contact details or a listing through our opt-out page.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, YSK Technologies LLC and its members, employees and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from or related to the Site, even if advised of the possibility. Our total liability for any claim related to the Site is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or $100.
9. Indemnity
You will defend, indemnify and hold harmless YSK Technologies LLC from claims, losses and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your use of the Site or its content in violation of these terms or of law.
10. Changes and termination
We may change the Site or these terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted, and the date above shows the latest version. We may suspend access for anyone who violates these terms.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Allen County, Indiana, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
